This Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") forms part of the agreement governing Customer's use of the syteOn services (the "Agreement") and governs syteOn's Processing of Personal Data on behalf of Customer.

Subprocessor categories

Named vendors are deliberately not listed in this DPA. They live on a separately maintained Subprocessor List, so adding or replacing a vendor does not require re-executing the contract with every Customer.

Where the Subprocessor List lives

The list exists at /subprocessors/. Named subprocessors are maintained there so that a change of vendor does not require re-executing this DPA.
