Use syteOn to operate a legitimate business — not to abuse people, networks, or systems.

Customers and Authorized Users may use syteOn only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with the Agreement, this Acceptable Use & Communications Policy, applicable law, and applicable third-party provider requirements.

Enforcement

What happens when this policy is violated.

Enforcement is proportional where circumstances allow. Where recipients, the platform, or a provider relationship is at immediate risk, syteOn may act first and discuss after.

Immediate action is reserved for protecting recipients, preventing fraud, responding to a carrier or provider order, or complying with law.
Consent evidence syteOn may request

Failure to produce reasonable evidence may result in messaging restrictions. This is why the consent record has to be a real object in the data model, not a checkbox.
Report abuse

If you received an unwanted message, a suspicious call, a phishing attempt, or a fraudulent payment request involving syteOn, report it. You do not need to be a syteOn customer.
